01 · GETTING STARTED

Show up. Stand out.

Create one PrizeNation account with your real details, verify your email and explore the live competitions. You can enter an open competition or vote for an approved contestant while voting is open.

• You must be a South African resident aged 18 or older to use the platform.
• One person may have one account. Never share your password or use someone else’s details.
• Keep your email and cell number current so we can contact you about your account or a win.

02 · VOTES & WALLET

Your votes are your voice.

Welcome votes, promotional votes, referral rewards and prize credits are vote credits, not cash. Your wallet is for sending votes on PrizeNation.

• Claim your free daily votes once per calendar day.
• Daily free votes expire at midnight South African time. Unused daily votes do not roll over.
• You may vote once per contestant per day, using either 1 or 5 votes.
• When a friend joins through your referral link, 10 referral votes are added to your wallet.
• Promotional codes can be redeemed once per account and may have a closing date or redemption limit.

03 · COMPETITIONS

Every competition has its own moment.

Read the competition page before entering. It shows the entry window, voting window, prize details and any custom questions. Closing times are shown in South African time.

• Entries must be your own work and must follow the brief.
• Prize descriptions explain whether a reward is cash, a voucher, a custom item or vote credits.
• Vote-credit rewards are added to a confirmed winner’s wallet. Cash, vouchers and custom rewards are fulfilled separately.
• Results are calculated from approved activity at the advertised close and confirmed by PrizeNation.

04 · FAIR PLAY

Good energy only.

We protect the community by reviewing suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, automated behaviour and attempts to manipulate a result. We may remove entries, reverse activity, suspend accounts or withhold a reward where the rules are broken.

Be kind to contestants, keep personal information private and report anything that feels unsafe or unfair. Admin decisions are made to protect a fair competition.
